Midlake Pool Regulations
1.     ADMISSION TO THE MIDLAKE POOL AREA IS BY MIDLAKE POOL BADGE OR RENTER’S GUEST CARD/BADGE.

2.     UPON ENTERING, EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR AND SHOW THEIR POOL BADGE TO THE POOL ATTENDANT AND SIGN THE DESIGNATED REGISTER.

3.     CHILDREN UNDER 12 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
4.     NO PETS WITHIN FENCED POOL AREA.

5.     SHOWERING IS REQUIRED BEFORE ENTERING AND AFTER USING THE POOL AND HOT TUB.

6.     RAFTS, TUBES AND OTHER WATER FLOATS ARE ALLOWED ONLY WITH THE POOL ATTENDANT’S PERMISSION.

7.     NO DIVING

8.     NO RUNNING, ROUGH PLAY OR UNNECESSARY NOISE.

9.     INFANTS MUST WEAR A DIAPER AND PLASTIC PANTS – OR – A SWIM DIAPER WHEN IN THE POOL.

10.     YOU CANNOT RESERVE POOL FURNITURE.

11.     ALL GLASS ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE FENCED POOL AREA.

12.     NO EATING, DRINKING OR SMOKING WILL BE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE POOLS.

13.     POOL PHONE IS FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY! NO OUTGOING CALLS WILL BE PERMITTED NOR WILL THE POOL ATTENDANTS PROVIDE A MESSAGE SERVICE FOR POOL USERS (POOL PHONE 722-9768).

14.     POOL MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE THE POOL WITHOUT NOTICE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR ANY HEALTH OR SAFETY CONCERNS.

15.     AN “ADULT ONLY SWIM” FOR ALL PERSONS 18 YEARS AND OLDER MAY BE CALLED AT THE POOL ATTENDANT’S DISCRETION. THE POOL ATTENDANTS’ PRIMARY DUTY IS TO MONITOR ALL POOL SAFETY. ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS REGARDING OPERATION OF THE POOL SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO APPLETREE MANAGEMENT GROUP AT (570)842-0321 OR TO THE COMMUNITY MANAGER.

MIDLAKE SPA RULES

CAUTION

Risk of Drowning:
•     Persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure and other health problems should not enter the spa without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.
•     Do not use spa while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other drugs that cause sleepiness, drowsiness, or raise/lower blood pressure.
•     Use caution when bathing alone. Overexposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness and fainting.
•     Do not use or operate spa if the suction fitting is missing, broken or loose.
•     Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.

Risk of Injury:
•     Check spa temperature before each use. Do not enter the spa if the temperature is above 104°F.
•     Enter and exit slowly.
•     Keep all breakable objects out of the spa area.

Risk of Shock:
•     Never place electrical appliances (telephone, radio, TV, etc.) within five (5) feet of the spa.
•     Spa shall not be operated during severe weather conditions (e.g., electrical storms, tornadoes, etc.).

Risk of Fetus Damage:
• Hot water exposure limitations vary from person to person. Pregnant women and small children should not use spa prior to medical consultation
